You will be informed if there are any changes to the expected delivery date.
Reports and Analytics: Any reports, analytics, or performance data related to services (e.g., SEO reports, social media insights, ad performance) will be delivered through email or a secure file-sharing platform. The frequency of reports (weekly, monthly, etc.) will be outlined in the service agreement.
Delivery of Work Products**
Ongoing Projects: For ongoing services, such as SEO, social media marketing, and content creation, we will provide periodic updates and deliverables as part of the regular workflow. You will be notified of all key milestones and updates related to the services being provided.
Final Deliverables: For project-based services, such as website design, branding, or a one-time campaign, the final deliverables will be provided within the agreed-upon timeframe. All final deliverables will be shared electronically.
Revisions and Updates: If revisions are requested, we will provide the updated work based on the timeline agreed upon during the revision stage. Each project has a set number of revisions, as specified in your service agreement.
No Physical Shipping
As a digital marketing agency, we do not engage in the shipment of physical goods. All services, reports, deliverables, and content will be provided to you electronically. There is no physical delivery involved.
Delivery of Campaigns and Ad Management Services
For services such as paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), the delivery of services is based on campaign setup and performance monitoring. Once the campaigns are set up and launched, we will send you an email confirmation, along with any relevant campaign details. Performance reports will be shared regularly as agreed upon.
Client Cooperation and Delivery Delays
