Cancellation and Refund Policy for GAINTHRU DIGITAL

Introduction

At GAINTHRU DIGITAL, we are committed to providing excellent digital marketing services. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations and refunds related to the services we offer.

Cancellations

⁠Service Cancellation by Client:⁠ If you wish to cancel a service or contract with us, you must notify us in writing at info@gainthru.com at least 30 days before the next billing cycle or the scheduled service delivery date. Cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the scheduled service or billing cycle may not be accepted.

⁠Service Cancellation by GAINTHRU DIGITAL: We reserve the right to cancel any services at our discretion if you breach our terms or fail to provide required materials or cooperation. In such cases, we will notify you in advance and provide a reasonable explanation.

Refund Policy

⁠Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to deliver the services as described in the agreement, or
  • If we do not begin the work on time without prior notice.

⁠Non-refundable Services: Certain services, such as ongoing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO services, social media management, and paid advertising) are non-refundable once the work has started. We may provide partial refunds for services if the cancellation is requested before the work begins, but it will be subject to an evaluation of the circumstances.

⁠Refund Process: To request a refund, you must submit a request via email to info@gainthru.com with the following details:

  • Your name and contact information
  • The service(s) you are requesting a refund for
  • A detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund

⁠Refund Timeframe: Once your refund request is received, we will review it and notify you of the decision within 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used, and it may take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, it may result in the immediate suspension or termination of services. We request that you contact us directly to resolve any issues before taking such actions.

No Refunds for Completed Work

Refunds are not provided for completed work or services that have already been provided. Once a service is rendered or work is completed, it is deemed final, and no refunds will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

Modifications to Services

In the event that you wish to change the scope of the services we are providing, we will work with you to adjust the project and provide an updated proposal or quote. Any changes to the original service agreement must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.

Termination of Services

If you choose to cancel the service after it has started, any outstanding payments for work completed up to that point will still be due. We will provide an invoice detailing the work performed up to the cancellation date.

Exceptions

In certain exceptional cases (e.g., extreme circumstances), we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and determine if a partial or full refund is warranted. These decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
